- Payment protection: Your payment is held by Alibaba and released to BATELI PET only after you confirm shipment or after the agreed inspection period. If we fail to ship on time or product does not match the approved sample, you can file a dispute and get a refund.
- On-time shipment guarantee: If BATELI PET fails to ship by the agreed date, Alibaba compensates you up to 30% of the order value (capped at $1,000).
- Product quality protection: If the product does not match the approved sample or PI specifications, you can request a refund, rework, or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
