Our 6-Step Custom Manufacturing Process
Step 1 — Inquiry & Specification
Share your design, reference product, or rough idea. We confirm specs, materials, and target price with you before anything moves. Response within 24 hours.
Step 2 — Quote & Design
You receive a detailed BOM quotation. For ODM projects, our design team creates 3D renders and technical drawings for your approval. 2–3 days.
Step 3 — Sampling
We produce a physical sample with your chosen materials, colors, and logo. The sample fee is refundable against your bulk order. 7–15 days.
Step 4 — Sample Approval
You review and approve the sample. Minor revisions are included. Once approved, we lock the spec and start production.
Step 5 — Mass Production
Bulk production runs under in-line QC, with every stage checked — stitching, zippers, dimensions, and logo placement. 30–45 days.
Step 6 — Quality Control & Delivery
Every finished product passes final 100% inspection and AQL 2.5 sampling. We handle packaging, labeling, and shipping EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP to your warehouse.

Design Support Included
You don’t need to arrive with finished artwork. Our in-house design team can work from a reference photo, a competitor sample, or even a rough sketch. We provide material recommendations based on your target price, flag compliance considerations (such as CE, RoHS, and REACH), and confirm branding techniques that suit your chosen fabric. This support is included from the first inquiry — there is no extra design fee for standard OEM projects.
Intellectual Property Protection
For ODM projects, we understand your design is your business. We sign NDAs on request, keep your drawings and specifications confidential, and support patent-friendly development so you can protect the products you launch with us.
