Our Hebei factory holds 8 international certifications, including BSCI social compliance and ISO 9001 quality management. REACH (EU), CPSIA (US) and CE test reports are supplied with the shipment for your target market, and OEKO-TEX certified fabric is available on request.

Our 2,600 m² factory in Hebei runs 18 production lines with a monthly capacity of 80,000+ pieces, staffed by 180+ workers. Capacity is shared across OEM and ODM orders, so peak season (August-October) orders should be booked 75-100 days before your target delivery date.

Yes. Cabin limits vary by airline (a common limit is 55 × 40 × 20 cm), so send us the published dimensions of your airline and we build the carrier to that size from 50 pcs per colour. A fit-testing sample is produced in 7-10 days before bulk production starts.

Yes. We offer silk-screen printing, embroidery, rubber or PVC patches, woven labels and heat transfer on the product, plus custom retail boxes, hang tags and printed poly bags from 500 pcs. Logo setup fees are waived on orders above 500 pcs.

Inspection runs at four points: incoming fabric and hardware checks, in-line checks every 2 hours, 100% final inspection on the line, and an AQL 2.5 random pre-shipment inspection. Photos and the inspection report are sent to you before the balance payment is due.

Standard terms are EXW Hebei or FOB Tianjin/Ningbo/Shanghai. Sea freight to Europe or the US takes 25-35 days plus 7-10 days customs clearance, air freight 5-8 days, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) 3-7 days. DDP delivery to your warehouse or 3PL is available on request.

Yes, private label is our main business: your logo, your packaging, your barcode and FNSKU labels from 50 pcs per colour on existing models. We also supply product photos, dimensions and carton data for your listing, and can ship DDP to your warehouse or 3PL in the US and EU.
