How Does Embroidery Compare to Screen Printing on Pet Carriers?

Embroidery and screen printing solve different problems. Embroidery adds texture and a tactile premium feel, but it needs a flat, stable fabric area and small logos work best (larger-than-palm designs can stiffen the carrier). Screen printing covers large areas cheaply, but on high-density 600D polyester it can crack after repeated flexing, and on dark fabrics the colors are less vibrant than embroidery.

Do you charge a sample fee?
Yes, sample fees apply and are typically refunded against your first bulk order. Logo-only samples have the lowest fee; full structural ODM samples cost more due to tooling and material work. Ask for a detailed quote with your specific requirements.
