Step 1 — Inquiry & Specification

Share your design, reference product, or rough idea. We confirm specs, materials, and target price with you before anything moves. Response within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Quote & Design

n

You receive a detailed BOM quotation. For ODM projects, our design team creates 3D renders and technical drawings for your approval. 2–3 days.

Step 3 — Sampling

n

We produce a physical sample with your chosen materials, colors, and logo. The sample fee is refundable against your bulk order. 7–15 days.

Step 4 — Sample Approval

n

You review and approve the sample. Minor revisions are included. Once approved, we lock the spec and start production.

Step 5 — Mass Production

n

Bulk production runs under in-line QC, with every stage checked — stitching, zippers, dimensions, and logo placement. 30–45 days.

Step 6 — Quality Control & Delivery

Every finished product passes final 100% inspection and AQL 2.5 sampling. We handle packaging, labeling, and shipping EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP to your warehouse.

We provide material recommendations based on your target price, flag compliance considerations (such as CE, RoHS, and REACH), and confirm branding techniques that suit your chosen fabric. This support is included from the first inquiry — there is no extra design fee for standard OEM projects.

What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM pet carriers?

OEM (private label on existing models) starts at 50 pcs per color/style. ODM (fully custom design) requires 100 pcs per style. Sample fees are refunded on bulk orders over 300 pcs.

How long does sampling take?

Logo samples ship in 3-5 days. Material/color samples take 7-10 days. ODM full custom design samples require 10-15 days. All samples are shipped via DHL/FedEx with tracking provided.

What is the mass production lead time?

Mass production runs 30-45 days after sample confirmation. Rush orders can be accommodated in 20-25 days for an additional fee. Shipping by sea adds 25-35 days; by air adds 5-7 days.
