1. Incoming Material Inspection

Every fabric roll, zipper, buckle, and mesh panel is inspected before entering production. Material test reports available — tear strength, color fastness, REACH/RoHS compliance.

2. In-Line Production QC
\n
Dedicated QC team checks stitching, zipper function, dimension accuracy, and logo placement at every production stage. Defective units pulled immediately.

3. Final 100% Inspection
\n
Every finished product individually inspected: load test, zipper cycle test, visual check, packaging verification. AQL 2.5 standard or your custom standard.
