Samples are ready in 7–15 days and bulk production runs 30–45 days after approval, with custom sizing and branding supported on every wholesale order.Pet backpacks are now a core SKU for EU/US retailers and DTC brands because they extend pet travel from vet visits into hiking, cycling and city commuting. Our 2,600 m² factory builds this category at scale – 18 production lines, 80,000+ pieces monthly – which lets us hold competitive unit pricing while still offering true OEM/ODM work: custom patterns, expandable panels, reflective trims, and airline-dimension verification for cabin travel.Importers buying backpacks from our factory get a four-stage QC flow with AQL 2.5 final inspection, plus REACH/RoHS documentation on the materials used. We currently export to 50+ countries and can structure your order as FOB, CIF or DDP. Mixing colors within one style is allowed at the 50 pcs OEM MOQ, and sample approval takes 7-15 days before the 30-45 day bulk run. Request a Quote for a price list and specification sheet. We also make the sourcing workflow predictable for importers: a 30% deposit starts production, 70% is due against the packing list, and T/T, PayPal, L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are all accepted. The sample fee is refunded on the bulk order, and tooling stays in-house so your custom pattern is not shared with other buyers. Because backpacks sell on fit and finish, we recommend a pre-production sample for every new pattern – at 3-5 days for logo changes or 7-10 days for material changes – before the 30-45 day production run.
